Meet Bella — your 24/7 guest messaging agent

Bella answers your guests in seconds. Even at 2am.

Built by Steve, a Superhost running 50+ listings in NYC and Puerto Rico. From the team behind BNBBoost.

You didn't buy a rental to work a 24-hour help desk.

You built a place guests love and a calendar that fills. Year two it is a second phone: the door code at 2am, the wifi for the fourth time this week, the early check-in that needs a calendar check, the AC blowing warm in July, the trash question on a holiday weekend. None of it is hard. All of it is yours, every night, in every language your guests speak.

    Sunday trash question

    7:17 pmReplied in 2 min
Airbnb inbox screenshot: a guest asks whether to put the trash out on a holiday Sunday and gets an answer two minutes later, signed as the host's assistant.

Guest · Booker 7:17 PM: Hello! We don't see any other trash out on the curb. Should we put it out there tonight? I'm not sure if trash day is different because of the holiday. Thank you!

Host 7:19 PM: Hi, thanks for checking! Since it's Sunday, please take the trash out after 5 PM and leave it on the curb in the white garbage bags provided in the apartment. Recyclables should go in clear bags. Let me know if you have any other questions! (sent by Kat's assistant)

Guest · Booker 7:38 PM: We don't have any white or clear bags. We only have blackish/grayish bags. Should we use those?

Host 7:39 PM: The blackish/grayish bags will work just fine for tonight. Please go ahead and use those for the trash. Thanks for letting me know! (sent by Kat's assistant)

    Wifi, then dinner

    3:31 pmReplied in seconds
Airbnb inbox screenshot: a guest asks for the wifi, then for food recommendations, and gets both back in seconds. The network name and password are covered.

Guest · Booker: Is there any WiFi available in the air bnb

Host 3:31 PM: Yes, there is WiFi available! The network name is ••••••••, and the password is ••••••••••. (sent by Kat's assistant)

Guest · Booker 3:37 PM: Is there any food places you recommend

Host 3:39 PM: There are so many great food spots nearby! For local Puerto Rican food, La Alcapurria Quemá is a must-try, and it's walkable. If you're in the mood for tacos, Acapulco is fantastic. For something upscale, Santaella and Vianda are both excellent options. For breakfast or brunch, Pinky's and Tresbe are great walkable choices, and Ola Ocean Front Bistro offers an amazing Sunday brunch buffet. Let me know if you're looking for something specific, and I can suggest more! (sent by Kat's assistant)

    Dinner and record shops

    10:36 pmReplied in seconds
Airbnb inbox screenshot: a long answer listing steakhouses and record shops near the listing, and the guest replying “Wow you are fast! thank you!!!”

Host: For vinyl, HiFi Records & Café on Steinway Street is a local gem, about a 10–15 minute walk from the property. They stock new and used LPs and sometimes host events. If you're up for a subway ride, Academy Records in Union Square and several Brooklyn shops like Rough Trade and Brooklyn Record Exchange are excellent. For vinyl DJ events, HiFi Records occasionally does pop-ups, and bars in Queens and Brooklyn frequently host them. Checking HiFi Records’ social pages or event listings for Rough Trade/Academy Records is a good idea for current schedules. Hope this helps you plan a memorable time! (sent by Kat's assistant)

"I run 50+ rentals between New York and Puerto Rico. For years I was the night shift: the door code at 2am, the wifi for the hundredth time, the early check-in I had to look up. I didn't need faster. I needed someone who answered for me, in my voice, so well the guest never noticed. That's Bella."

"Will my guests know?" and other fair questions.

Will my guests know it's Bella and not me?

They see a reply in your tone, from your house rules, signed as your assistant. The usual response in our inbox is "thank you so much."

What if Bella doesn't know the answer?

She doesn't guess. The message comes to you with a draft, and you approve, edit or reply yourself in one tap.

I already use quick replies and scheduled messages.

Those answer the questions you predicted. Bella answers the one the guest actually asked — including the follow-up.

    Is this allowed on Airbnb?

Yes. You add us as a co-host — a standard Airbnb feature — and Bella's replies go out from your listing's inbox, signed as your assistant.

Does it work with Vrbo and Booking.com?

Yes. All three run in one inbox.

I only have one listing. I have 25.

Both work. Pricing is per listing, and onboarding is personal either way.

What if I want to stop?

Cancel anytime from your account. No contract, no fees.

Here's what 2am looks like now.

    Before

    • The phone on the nightstand, face up
    • The door code at 2am, typed from bed
    • Three hours of silence while you sleep
    • "Slow to respond" in a four-star review
    • Every new listing, another night shift

    With Bella

    • The 2am door code handled at 2am, in your words
    • Dinners, sleep and weekends back
    • You read the "thank you so much" over coffee
    • "Responsive" and "attentive" in the reviews
    • Add listings without adding nights

You get to be the host who's always on — without actually being always on.

Your phone doesn't have to own your evenings.

If your stomach has ever dropped at an unread message you forgot for three hours, this is the answer. Set it up tonight. Sleep through the next one.
