    1. Information We Collect

    We collect information you provide directly, including:

    • Account information, email address, name, and password when you create an account
    • Payment details, processed securely through Stripe (we never see or store your card number)
    • Photos, when you use our photo enhancement feature, we store both the original image you upload and the enhanced version in secure cloud storage
    • Free tool submissions, email addresses, phone numbers, names, and other details you enter through our free tools (Listing Score, Review Analyzer, Competitor Spy, and Profit Calculator) for the purpose of delivering your results and communicating with you about our services

    We also collect information automatically, such as usage data, device info, and cookies.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    • To provide and improve the Service
    • To process payments and manage subscriptions
    • To deliver photo enhancements and allow you to view your before/after results
    • To send you your free tool results and follow-up communications about our services
    • To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)
    • To analyze usage patterns and improve user experience

    3. Photos and Image Data

    When you use our photo enhancement feature, we store both your original (before) and enhanced (after) images securely in cloud storage. These images are used to deliver the enhancement service and let you access your results at any time.

    We do not sell or share your photos with any third parties. We may use anonymized before/after examples for marketing, testimonials, or site galleries only with your explicit consent. You can request deletion of any or all of your stored images at any time by emailing Steven@bnbboost.ai.

    4. Data Sharing

    We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

    • Stripe, for payment processing
    • Image-processing providers, to process photo enhancements (providers do not retain your images)
    • Analytics tools, anonymized usage data
    • Cloudflare, bot and abuse protection on our forms and free trial

    5. Data Retention

    We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Original and enhanced photos are stored for as long as your account exists so you can access your before/after results. You may request deletion of your data or images at any time by contacting Steven@bnbboost.ai.

    6. Security

    We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) and secure infrastructure to protect your data. Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

    To protect our forms and free trial from bots and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs silently in the background and never asks you to solve a puzzle or identify images. To do this it collects limited technical information about your browser and device. Turnstile is used only to tell humans from automated traffic, never to track you across sites or to build an advertising profile. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details on what it processes.

    7. Your Rights

    Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. This includes any photos you've uploaded. Contact us at Steven@bnbboost.ai to exercise these rights.

    8. Cookies

    We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used.

    9. Children's Privacy

    The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

    10. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
