Terms of Service

1. What BNBBoost Is

BNBBoost.ai is a platform that provides listing analysis tools and photo enhancement services for Airbnb hosts. We help you understand how your listing stacks up and give you the tools to improve it. We are not affiliated with Airbnb in any way. BNBBoost is an independent third-party tool.

2. Who Can Use BNBBoost

You must be at least 18 years old to use BNBBoost. By creating an account or using any of our tools, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password, and let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Your Photos

You retain full ownership of any photos you upload to BNBBoost. By uploading, you grant us a license to process, store, and enhance those images for the purpose of delivering our service to you. We store both the original and enhanced versions so you can view your before/after results.

You must have the right to upload any photos you submit. Don't upload copyrighted, stolen, or images you don't have permission to use. If we discover unauthorized content, we may remove it and suspend your account.

You also grant BNBBoost a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the photos you upload and the enhanced versions we create, including before/after comparisons, in our marketing and promotional materials, such as our website, example galleries, advertising, and social media. We will never attach your name, listing address, or other identifying details to these examples without your separate permission. If you'd prefer your photos stay out of our marketing, email Steven@bnbboost.ai and we'll exclude them.

5. Free Tools

Our free tools, including Listing Score, Review Analyzer, Competitor Spy, and Profit Calculator, are provided as-is. They're designed to give you useful insights, but we make no guarantee of specific results or outcomes. The analysis is automated and should be used as a guide, not a definitive assessment.

6. Paid Services and Refunds

Paid features (photo enhancement credits and Pro subscriptions) are billed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If you're unsatisfied with the results, contact us for a full refund. We'd rather make it right than have an unhappy customer.

Downloading or saving enhanced photos ends refund eligibility. By downloading, saving, or exporting any enhanced photo to your device, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the results and accept them as final. That action constitutes acceptance of the work product and voids any money-back guarantee for the entire purchase from which those images came, not only the individual credits used. Unused credits remain refundable under the policy above.

Use of enhanced photos also ends refund eligibility. Publishing enhanced photos to your live listing (on Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, or any other platform) or otherwise using them commercially also constitutes acceptance of the results. Once enhanced photos have been used in your listing, the credits spent to create them are no longer eligible for a refund.

7. No Guaranteed Results

While we believe our tools can help improve your listing, we cannot guarantee any specific changes in booking performance, revenue, or listing rankings. Results vary based on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, seasonality, and Airbnb's own algorithms.

8. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse BNBBoost. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, abusing our services, using the tools to harass or deceive others, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology that make up BNBBoost are owned by us. Your enhanced photos belong to you. Our tools, analysis frameworks, and software belong to us.

10. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We'll do our best to give you a heads up, but sometimes changes happen fast. We may also update these Terms, continued use of BNBBoost after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNBBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost revenue, lost bookings, or changes to your listing's ranking.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction.
